Salesforce Business Analyst
FLOK Consulting is a cloud consultancy located in the Pacific Northwest that provides business consulting, Salesforce implementation and configuration services to companies across the United States - and we are growing!
This is a unique opportunity as we are willing to train - prior Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required. We need someone who has the aptitude to learn and the aspiration to grow within our organization. This person must be able to think outside the box and be a problem-solving guru.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering our customers needs and working with them to design/build/deploy enterprise scale Salesforce solutions. This person will be responsible for everything from requirements gathering, solution building, Salesforce configuration, testing, training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our customers to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
- Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet our client’s business requirements.
- Complete configurations within Salesforce and partner applications.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
- Be the face of FLOK, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements .
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Drive and desire to learn and grow
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Preferred Experience and Skills (but not required)
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security control.
